U.S. Business Immigration Attorney

EY Law LLP and Mehlman Jacobs LLP seek experienced U.S. immigration attorneys as independent contractors. You will advise corporate clients and employees across nonimmigrant visas, immigrant visa categories, PERM labor certifications, naturalization, and related matters. The work requires advanced legal judgment and regulatory knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review immigration strategies against client objectives and regulatory requirements
• Validate materials prepared for government authority submissions
• Lead legal consultations with corporate clients and employees
• Provide guidance to stakeholders and foreign nationals
• Identify risks and deliver compliant, practical solutions

Requirements:

• U.S. bar license in any U.S. state
• License to practice U.S. law where residing
• At least five years practicing as a U.S. attorney
• At least three years in U.S. business immigration
• Commitment of 20 work hours weekly
