Submarine Operations Training Expert at CAE

Drive submarine training excellence with CAE as a Subject Matter Expert for Royal Canadian Navy operations. Leverage your extensive knowledge to develop and validate training solutions. As a Submarine Operations Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the Training Systems Integration (TSI) team at CAE, you will play a crucial role in shaping effective submarine training solutions. You will be pivotal in operational analysis, scenario development, and performance measurement. This role also entails ensuring alignment with RCN doctrine and facilitating training environments both on-site and at sea. Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert advice throughout the training system lifecycle
Support Training Needs Analysis and Crewing Analysis
Validate operational simulation and scenario requirements
Develop training procedures and reusable scenario libraries
Monitor maritime training technologies for innovative solutions

Requirements:

Extensive experience in submarine operations with RCN
Proven operational role in a submarine environment
Strong knowledge of submarine operational systems
Ability to develop instructional documentation
Legal authorization to work in Canada
