Field Leader

Overview:

The Field Leader is responsible for managing multiple store locations within a designated region. This role emphasizes operational excellence, adherence to company standards, and exceptional customer service. The Field Leader provides guidance, training, and support to store managers and their teams, ensuring that all stores meet or exceed performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Management:
• Supervise daily operations of multiple store locations to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and standards across all stores.
• Quality Control:
• Ensure all stores maintain high standards of product quality and presentation.
• Conduct regular store visits and audits to assess compliance with food safety, hygiene regulations and brand standards.
• Address and rectify any quality control issues promptly.
• Team Leadership and Development:
• Provide leadership and support to store managers and their teams.
• Conduct regular training sessions on operational procedures, customer service, and food safety.
• Develop and implement performance improvement plans for underperforming stores.
• Customer Service:
• Foster a customer-centric culture within all stores.
• Guide store members how to address and resolve customer complaints and feedback effectively.
• Ensure all stores provide a positive and consistent customer experience.
• Compliance and Reporting:
• Ensure all stores comply with franchise agreements and local regulations.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on store performance, issues, and action plans.
• Coordinate with the Regional Manager on strategic initiatives and operational improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a leadership role within the food and beverage industry, preferably in a franchise setting.
• Strong understanding of store operations, food safety standards, and quality control.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Gmail.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the designated region.

Education:

• 2+ Years experience in Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant certifications in food safety and management are a plus.

Working Conditions:

• This role requires frequent travel to store locations within the assigned region.
• The Field Leader may be required to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on store needs.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
