Nous recherchons un Analyste d’affaires Agile expérimenté pour contribuer à des projets stratégiques de longue durée. Vous jouerez un rôle central dans l’élicitation, la modélisation et l’optimisation des processus d’affaires, en collaboration avec des équipes multidisciplinaires, afin de livrer des solutions adaptées et à forte valeur ajoutée.
Le mandat s’effectue principalement à distance, tout en maintenant une présence ponctuelle à Montréal selon les besoins. Vous travaillerez dans un environnement structuré, axé sur l’efficacité, l’amélioration continue et l’agilité.
Exigences et compétences techniques
Expérience : Minimum de 5 années en analyse d’affaires dans la définition de solutions d’affaires.
Agilité : Minimum de 2 années d’expérience en analyse d’affaires dans un projet TI réalisé en mode Agile.
Méthodologies : Maîtrise des méthodes d’analyse d’affaires selon le BABOK.
Modélisation : Maîtrise des standards BPMN 2.0.
Outils : Connaissance de base de l’outil Enterprise Architect .
Certifications acceptées : CCBA, CBAP, IIBA-AAC ou ECBA. (Un test technique en présentiel est prévu le 9 septembre, entre 13 h et 16 h, au bureau de Montréal.)
Analyser le contexte, les besoins et les écarts entre les processus actuels et les objectifs visés.
Définir et documenter des processus d’affaires cibles et procédures de travail optimisées.
Assurer l’alignement des solutions livrées avec les priorités stratégiques et les besoins réels des parties prenantes.
Produire la documentation nécessaire à toutes les étapes, de l’avant-projet à la mise en œuvre.
Contribuer à l’amélioration continue et au partage des meilleures pratiques d’analyse d’affaires.
En phase d’avant-projet :
Éliciter, traduire et documenter les besoins et exigences d’affaires.
Proposer des processus et procédures optimisés en lien avec la solution visée.
En phase de réalisation :
Compléter et prioriser besoins et exigences (affaires, fonctionnelles, non fonctionnelles, transition).
Modéliser les processus d’affaires cibles et documenter les procédures associées.
Rédiger des récits utilisateurs clairs et exploitables.
Analyser et recommander des modes de travail efficaces et efficients.
Réaliser des analyses financières et d’impact pour évaluer la valeur ajoutée et les effets sur l’organisation.
Produire des présentations exécutives pour les projets et produits sous votre responsabilité.
Faciliter la collaboration entre les équipes de livraison et les clients pour maximiser la valeur des solutions livrées.
En continu :
Effectuer des analyses d’impact lors de changements ou nouvelles opportunités.
Mettre à jour les processus d’affaires et procédures existantes.
Capacité à travailler de manière autonome tout en favorisant le travail collaboratif.
Approche structurée et orientée résultats.
Expérience dans la documentation claire et la présentation de recommandations stratégiques.
Connaissance pratique des outils de collaboration et modélisation (Visio 365, Enterprise Architect, etc.).
