Part-Time Caregiver / Companion — North Edmonton

We’re looking for a patient, dependable caregiver to provide companionship and everyday support in a private home in North Edmonton. Schedule: Two weekday mornings per week, approximately 9–11 a.m. Specific days will be arranged based on availability. and possibility for more visits. Language preference: Bengali/Bangla or Nepali speaking is preferred to support comfortable communication and companionship. Responsibilities Provide companionship, conversation and meaningful activities. Assist with bathing and personal care as needed. Help with meal preparation, laundry, bed-making and light housekeeping. Support safe mobility and accompany the client on short walks. Provide medication and health-monitoring reminders according to the care plan. Encourage independence and respect individual routines and preferences. Document visits and report concerns to the care team. Ideal candidate You have experience supporting older adults, communicate patiently and remain attentive throughout each visit. Reliability, discretion and a respectful approach are essential. A driver’s licence and access to a vehicle are preferred.
