Collaborating with clinical staff, you will manage inquiries and assist with service scheduling, ensuring quality in patient care. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with community PSWs and Nurses for service scheduling
- Act as liaison between clients, staff, and community partners
- Resolve client inquiries and report concerns to supervisors
- Collect and enter client data into systems accurately
- Provide administrative support for nurse and PSW programs
- Medical Office Admin Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years office experience required
- Must be able to work weekends
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in Word, Outlook, and learn proprietary software
