COPC Auditor (Temporary Contract)

The COPC Auditor plays a critical role evaluating, reviewing and mitigating risks and ensuring organizational practices are in-line with client contractual requirements, external regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures. This is a 6-month temporary contract position. As COPC Auditor, You Will…

• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
• Assist external auditors with required documentation as needed
• Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with COPC standards
• Research regulations across various geographies, ensuring organization is apprised, and up-to-date on potential risks, and compliance
• Ensure other departments are kept informed of changing legislative requirements that affect operations and/or risk identification
• Provide insight and recommendations for process

improvements that are identified during compliance reviews

• Assist team with cross-functional compliance projects to ensure implementation of and conformance with requirements as per Applicable Laws and Regulations, customer requirements, and any other applicable standards
• Create and provide ongoing review/update of policies, procedures, training materials and other communication tools to ensure departments meet compliance requirements
• Review existing and new regulatory compliance documentation from client, regulatory bodies, communication to internal parties
• Implement compliance processes and documentary requirements, including deadlines
• Oversee all COPC-related processes, and ensure all compliance documents follow the rules and regulations
• Maintain strong relationships with partners and other departments (Facilities, Payroll, IT, HR and Operations) for validation and compliance for COPC
• Partner with IntouchCX legal team for all documentation and requirement concerns
• Work in collaboration with the IntouchCX legal and compliance team to ensure safekeeping of pertinent documents and ensure completeness
• Prepare reports for senior management as appropriate

As COPC Auditor, You Have…

• Post-secondary degree or equivalent work experience
• Must have 3+ years experience in an audit or compliance function
• Lean six sigma training and COPC certification is required
• Superior knowledge of industry standards and regulations
• Strong technical, analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent computer skills in MS Word and Excel
• Possess leadership qualities such as critical thinking and problem solving to aid in overcoming difficult situations
• Ability to organize and follow-up on multiple tasks/details with accuracy and timeliness
• Knowledge in continuous process improvement
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization and people from diverse backgrounds
