Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to deliver measurable business outcomes and enhance customer experiences across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities:
- Own the lifecycle engagement strategy for credit cards
- Lead integrated marketing and product strategies
- Develop a multi-year lifecycle roadmap based on insights
- Build audience and channel strategies using behavioral data
- Create test plans to improve customer experience
- University degree in Marketing or related field
- 7+ years in marketing strategy and customer engagement
- Deep knowledge of lifecycle marketing and customer journeys
- Strong product and commercial acumen
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills
