We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Bus Driver to join our transportation team serving the Berry Creek Community School, Cessford area (south). This position plays an important role in ensuring students are transported safely and efficiently to and from school and school-related activities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe operation of a school bus, conducting pre- and post-trip inspections, maintaining appropriate records, and ensuring compliance with all transportation regulations, policies, and procedures. The ability to establish positive and respectful relationships with students, parents, school staff, and the public is essential.

Qualifications include:

• A valid Class 1 or Class 2 Alberta Operator's License with appropriate School Bus Driver's Certification, or the ability to obtain the required certification.
• A satisfactory Driver's Abstract.
• A satisfactory Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Check.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A demonstrated commitment to student safety and well-being.

This is a probationary position beginning the first day of the 2026-2027 school year. Training toward a Class 2 driver's license, “S” Endorsement, and First Aid certification will be provided; however, preference will be given to applicants who already possess any or all of these qualifications.
