Description
Kognitive Sales Solutions is seeking an Entry Level Field Sales Representative to join our growing team in Cambridge. This full-time, on-site position offers an exciting opportunity to launch your career in the financial services industry while working directly with clients and driving business growth in the field.
As a Field Sales Representative, you will be the face of Kognitive Sales Solutions, building relationships with prospective clients, presenting financial products and services, and contributing directly to our revenue goals. You will receive hands-on training and mentorship to develop the skills needed to succeed in a fast-paced, client-focused sales environment.

Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new clients through field visits and outreach
- Present and explain financial products and services to potential customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets and performance goals
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies
- Attend training sessions to stay updated on products and industry trends
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve client concerns promptly
- Represent Kognitive Sales Solutions professionally at all times
- Report sales results and insights to management on a regular basis
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve sales targets
- Basic understanding of financial services products and services
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel locally and work on-site in Cambridge
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM tools
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow
