You will learn to run operations, develop a high-performing team, and uphold product and service excellence. This role is pivotal, enabling you to attract and retain top talent while executing strategic planning for the restaurant's success.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead and develop a team of 50-100 culinary professionals • Drive recruitment, retention, and coaching efforts effectively • Manage PNL, budgeting, and forecasting with precision • Uphold high standards in product quality and experience • Support opening new JOEY locations across Canada and the US

Requirements: • 1-3+ years in a Culinary Leadership role • Proven leadership, coaching, and team development experience • Expertise in high-quality food preparation and service • Valid Food Safe and Health & Safety Certification • Strong attention to detail and integrity
