• Manage PNL, budgeting, and forecasting with precision
• Uphold high standards in product quality and experience
• Support opening new JOEY locations across Canada and the US Requirements:
• 1-3+ years in a Culinary Leadership role
• Proven leadership, coaching, and team development experience
• Expertise in high-quality food preparation and service
• Valid Food Safe and Health & Safety Certification
