Dental Receptionist

We are seeking a professional, friendly, and reliable individual to join our family-oriented team. The ideal candidate is organized, approachable, and committed to providing excellent patient service. Dental or medical office experience is an asset; however, we are willing to train the right candidate with strong administrative skills.

Position Details
Hours:
MondayWednesday: 8:00am4:00pm
Thursday: 8:00am-8:00pm (1 rotating evening every 3rd week 12:00pm-8:00pm)
Friday: 8:00am2:00pm
Occasional Saturdays (Winter months only)
This position may also require coverage for vacation or sick days at our Saskatoon locations: Erindale Dental and Kensington Dental.

Key Responsibilities
Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls
Greet and check in patients
Schedule and confirm appointments
Collect and process payments
Prepare daily deposits
Invoice patients and manage account information
Communicate with service providers and insurance companies
Conduct patient follow-up calls
Uphold and communicate office policies professionally
Perform general administrative duties as required

Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong administrative experience (required)
Proficiency with computers and comfort learning new software
Dental office experience and familiarity with the Dentrix program preferred
Knowledge of dental insurance processes
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment
