The St. John's Tennis Association (SJTA) is thrilled to open the Rogers Tennis Dome at Green Belt , a brand-new, state-of-the-art indoor tennis facility dedicated to growing the game year-round in St. John's. We're seeking friendly, reliable, and professional individuals to be the face of our facility as Front Desk Attendants .
Responsibilities:
- Greet members, guests, and visitors with a warm and professional attitude
- Handle court bookings, program registrations, and customer inquiries (in person, phone, email)
- Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming front area
- Coordinate with coaches and staff to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable using computers and booking/payment systems (training provided)
- Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
- Prior front desk or hospitality experience an asset
- Interest in tennis or recreational sports is a plus!
