Remote Revenue Operations Specialist

Remote in Canada, this Revenue Operations Specialist role focuses on CRM workflows and revenue tracking within eXp Realty’s technology-driven environment.

The specialist supports lead management, transaction coordination, agent support, and process optimization. You will work with agents, leadership, and internal systems to maintain operational accuracy. The work spans deal tracking, commission records, reporting, and workflow coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage deal tracking systems and operational workflows
• Review commissions, agent splits, referral fees, and allocations
• Support agents with transaction processes and operational questions
• Track leads and transactions through closing
• Monitor accuracy across reports, trackers, and revenue records

Requirements:

• Experience maintaining deal trackers and transaction workflows
• Commission, referral fee, or revenue record experience
• Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel proficiency
• CRM experience across multiple platforms
• Real estate or brokerage experience
