Become a pivotal part of the trading software team at State Street as a Principal Front-Office Trading Integration Engineer. Capitalize on your investment software experience while leading crucial projects and delivering innovative solutions. As a Principal Consultant, you will assess client needs, utilizing advanced technical skills to propose solutions aligned with Charles River Development (CRD) designs. Manage multiple initiatives and guide less experienced consultants in delivering impactful results. Your expertise in infrastructure, performance tuning, and integration will play a vital role in client satisfaction and project success. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee client project operations and ensure timely completion
- Analyze and communicate solutions to clients and internal teams
- Provide guidance to less experienced consultants on implementations
- Maintain system integrity through strong design influence
- Ensure issues are documented and resolved effectively
- 8-10 years in Financial/Software Services industry
- Proficiency in Java and C# programming
- In-depth knowledge of RDBMS like Oracle or MS SQL Server
- Experience with technologies such as SOAP/XML and Kafka
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
