Remote AI Marketing Operations Specialist

Advance your career as a Remote AI Marketing Operations Specialist with Vidyard, empowering revenue teams through innovative AI solutions. You'll focus on automation and campaign optimization to drive results. In this role within the Demand Generation team, you will take ownership of lifecycle automation, leveraging AI to enhance workflows and improve customer engagement strategies. You’ll work closely with various platforms to diagnose issues and create efficient automation, actively contributing to the organization’s growth. Key Responsibilities:

Create complex lifecycle and nurture automation programs
Develop lead scoring and engagement nurture logic
Oversee data governance and marketing system integrity
Analyze campaign performance through advanced reporting
Implement AI monitoring for automation accuracy

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in marketing automation
Familiarity with tools such as Marketo and Clay
Proven ability in campaign logic and analytics
Strong problem-solving and workflow building skills
Understanding of marketing data privacy regulations
