Responsibilities
- Oversee the construction project on site and act as the link between various project parties.
- Lead and manage the on-site construction team and supervise all work on site.
- Ensure orderliness on-site and compliance with safety regulations.
- Ensure quality standards are met and that equipment and materials are available on-site at all times.
- Liaise with inspection authorities regarding approvals.
Qualifications and characteristics
- Deadline-driven and able to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership skills, pro-active mindset, and ability to perform well under pressure.
