Rejoignez la Ville de Gatineau en tant que directeur des affaires juridiques, un rôle clé pour guider et soutenir les activités juridiques municipales. Vous serez responsable de la gestion efficace des ressources juridiques. Ce poste stratégique nécessite un professionnel du droit avec au moins huit ans d'expérience, dont quatre en gestion. Vous travaillerez avec la direction générale pour piloter les actions juridiques et représenter la Ville dans divers contextes juridiques. Votre rôle inclut également le développement de stratégies pour soutenir les équipes face aux défis futurs. Key Responsibilities:
- Gérer les ressources humaines et matérielles du Service juridique
- Offrir des conseils juridiques aux activités de la Ville
- Représenter la Ville dans les affaires judiciaires et administratives
- Soutenir les gestionnaires dans leurs mandats juridiques
- Suivre et développer des indicateurs de performance
- Baccalauréat en droit obligatoire
- Huit années d'expérience en droit dont quatre en gestion
- Membre du Barreau du Québec requis
- Diplôme de deuxième cycle un atout
- Bilinguisme est un plus
