Shamrock Ambulance Services, under Medavie Health Services West, is hiring Casual Emergency Medical Responders (EMR) for shifts in Wadena, Wynyard, Foam Lake, and Rose Valley. This position demands independent clinical care, patient transportation, and proper ambulance maintenance in accordance with safety standards. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring effective patient responses and teamwork during operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver independent clinical care to patients
- Transport patients safely in emergencies
- Operate ambulances and equipment safely
- Adhere to all regulatory and safety protocols
- Be available for on-call shifts as required
- Must be a registered EMR with the Saskatchewan College of Paramedics
- Hold a valid Saskatchewan Class 4 Driver's License
- Current CPR certification is essential
- Recent clear criminal record check required
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
