Key Responsibilities:
• Initiate and lead continuous improvement projects in manufacturing
• Conduct detailed root cause analysis for quality issues
• Guide Quality Technicians for compliance with quality norms
• Maintain cell-level quality documentation and control plans
• Collaborate on supplier quality management and approvals
Requirements:
• Engineering degree or a related field diploma
• Experience with automotive quality and manufacturing
• Knowledge of quality management tools and methodologies
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Proven ability to work across organizational levels
