Transportation Compliance Operations Manager

CPC Logistics seeks a proactive Transportation Operations Manager to ensure safety compliance and enhance account management. Directly responsible for a team of 150+ drivers and compliance oversight in Ontario. As the Transportation Operations Manager, you'll report to the VP of Operations while leading both drivers and administrative staff. Between maintaining customer relations and driving safety initiatives, you will utilize data analytics to influence policy and operational improvements. Your leadership will be essential in recruiting and retaining a skilled workforce in a competitive market. Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate key customer relationships for account growth
- Ensure comprehensive driver compliance with regulations
- Analyze safety data and enforce corrective actions
- Lead audits and maintain CVOR readiness
- Oversee driver recruitment, onboarding, and retention
- 5+ years in operations or safety leadership in trucking
- Demonstrated success in customer account management
- Strong analytical and compliance capabilities
- Knowledge of federal and provincial transportation laws
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
