SAP FICO Solutions Manager at Air Canada

Drive SAP finance innovation as a Solutions Product Lead at Air Canada. Shape ERP strategies and ensure compliance while enhancing service delivery and collaboration with finance stakeholders. As part of the ERP Products team, this lead role focuses on SAP FICO solutions, guiding the design and implementation for finance management. You will oversee projects and transformations, ensuring the initiatives align with both company standards and innovative technology adoption, particularly AI capabilities. Key Responsibilities:

Define comprehensive SAP Finance solutions strategy
Lead design for general ledger and financial modules
Ensure compliance with S/4HANA best practices
Collaborate with stakeholders and translate requirements
Guide functional design during project implementation

Requirements:

Minimum ten years of SAP FICO experience
Five years as a functional solutions architect
Multiple end-to-end SAP implementations completed
Experience with S/4HANA in finance departments
Strong expertise in finance and controlling processes
