- Develop transformative business strategies aligned with company goals
- Engage stakeholders to secure buy-in for changes
- Implement best practices for continuous improvement
- Establish KPIs to assess transformation impacts
- Lead initiatives around automation and AI integration
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 2-5 years in operations or consulting roles
- Experience with M&A integration highly preferred
- Strong analytical capabilities in financial matters
