Become a key player in TELUS Health as a Legal Counsel, delivering impactful legal advice across Canada. Bilingual proficiency is critical for this role. As a part of TELUS Health's Legal and Regulatory Affairs team, your focus will be to provide comprehensive legal support to diverse business units. This position is designed for a commercial lawyer focused on health and wellness initiatives. You will engage with key stakeholders and ensure that TELUS complies with applicable regulations while driving legal best practices in a fast-paced setting. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver legal advice on commercial, regulatory matters
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements
- Ensure compliance with health laws across Canada
- Advise on new product launches and associated risks
- Strengthen stakeholder relationships to align legal strategy
- Must be a licensed attorney with 3+ years of experience
- Valid membership with a Canadian Law Society
- Fully bilingual in English and French required
- Proven record of drafting complex agreements
- Strong execution capabilities in managing priorities
