Requirements:

• 1-2 years in customer service; call center experience preferred
• Bilingual in French and English for nationwide support
• 50 words per minute typing speed with high accuracy
• Familiarity with computer tools and systems
• Reliable home workspace or transport to Ville-Saint-Laurent office
