As a Sales Representative, you will be the face of Canada Motors & Trucks, helping customers find the right vehicle while delivering a seamless and professional buying experience.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through vehicle selection, test drives, and purchase decisions
• Deliver exceptional customer service from first contact to delivery
• Build long-term client relationships to generate repeat and referral business
• Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
• Maintain a strong pipeline through follow-up, prospecting, and lead management

Requirements

• Automotive sales experience preferred, but high-performing individuals from other sales backgrounds are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Customer-first mindset with the ability to build trust quickly

Compensation

• $60,000 – $250,000+ per year (performance-based)
