CARETAKER

Permanent full-time Caretaker position available at Riverside Public School starting August 31, 2026, or as mutually agreed upon.

8 hours/day 40 hours per week (weekdays, afternoon shift)

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:    
Grade 12 or equivalent.
A minimum of three years of related experience in commercial or institutional custodial services, building operations or facility maintenance.
Experience providing work direction, training employees or coordinating custodial operations.
An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered.
Related post-secondary education or training in custodial services, building operations, facility maintenance, occupational health and safety, HVAC or boiler systems, power engineering, a recognized building trade or leadership and supervision would be considered an asset.
A valid Firemans Certificate would be considered and asset
A valid drivers licence.
