Sales Operations Manager CRM Governance
Celestica
Drive sales systems and governance as a Sales Operations Manager with Celestica, working remotely from Canada across the Americas region.
This individual contributor role supports global opportunity pursuit through Dynamics 365 and Salesforce administration, incentive plan governance, reporting, and training management. You will maintain data integrity, support strategic decisions, and improve sales processes for ATS and CCS leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Dynamics 365 access requests and validate business unit alignments
- Review Closed/Won opportunities against required award documentation
- Administer quarterly Sales Incentive Plan schedules and claims
- Execute month-end forecasting, funnel, and win-loss reporting
- Coordinate annual sales quotas and CRM continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with Dynamics and Salesforce CRM platforms
- Eight-plus years in business, sales, finance, marketing, or engineering
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field
- Experience tracking incentives and auditing sales win criteria
- Training administration and cross-functional collaboration experience
