Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain detailed budgeting models
• Oversee quarterly financial reporting cycles
• Generate management dashboards for performance insights
• Drive process automation and continuous improvements
• Conduct ad hoc financial analyses for initiatives
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting
• CPA certification preferred or nearing completion
• 5+ years in relevant FP&A roles
• Manufacturing experience is advantageous
• Strong Excel skills and ERP exposure required
