The Opportunity 

We're looking for a Project Manager to join our Geomatics team. 

To support our growing portfolio of geomatics and construction-support projects across North America, we're expanding our Geomatics team with this position, responsible for managing project delivery from planning through closeout. 

In this role, you'll manage day-to-day project execution — tracking budgets, schedules, and deliverables — while working closely with senior project managers, clients, and field teams. Experience supporting construction or transmission-related projects is considered an asset. 

If you enjoy solving practical project challenges, keeping projects organized and on track, and building your project management career, this role offers a strong foundation to grow into larger project leadership. 

This role can be based in Moncton, NB; Edmonton, AB; hybrid; or remote — we will consider candidates in all other locations. The position may require occasional travel, with all travel expenses covered, and offers a salary of $115,000 – $150,000 CAD, commensurate with experience. 

What You'll Do 

• Manage day-to-day execution of geomatics and construction-support projects from initiation through closeout 

• Develop and track project budgets, schedules, and resource plans 

• Monitor project costs and assist with change order management 

• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and field crews to keep projects aligned 

• Identify project risks and escalate issues to senior project management as needed 

• Support on-time, on-budget delivery to required quality and safety standards 

• Prepare regular progress reports and status updates for project stakeholders 

• Travel to project sites as required 

Requirements 

What We're Looking For 

• 2–5 years of project management experience 

• Experience supporting or managing construction, geomatics, or survey-related projects 

• Working knowledge of cost control, budgeting, and change order management 

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities 

• Sound decision-making and problem-solving skills 

• P.Eng, PLS, or PMP designation is an asset, but not required 

• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills 

• Willingness to travel as required, with all travel expenses covered
