Purchaser / accounts Payable Coordinator

Responsibilities:
Source and purchase materials, parts, and shop supplies
Build and maintain strong vendor relationships
Coordinate freight and manage logistics to ensure timely deliveries
Monitor vendor pricing, quality, and performance
Process and manage accounts payable related to purchasing
Track inventory levels and assist with planning requirements
Work closely with production and management teams to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and communication skills
Experience in purchasing, logistics, or accounts payable is considered an asset
Ability to multi-task and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office programs
Team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic
