What You’ll Do
- Welcome and engage clients warmly and professionally
- Provide individualized, exceptional care and develop tailored treatment plans
- Build strong relationships with clients and set clear treatment goals
- Implement therapy programs that address the unique needs of each client
- Educate clients on their treatment plans and encourage active participation
- Collaborate with other therapists to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Participate in community outreach and clinic initiatives
- Attend regular meetings to set personal and team goals and support professional development
Requirements
- Licensed and in good standing with the relevant professional college
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- Committed to personal and professional growth
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Detail-oriented and dedicated to maintaining a professional clinic environment
- Open-minded and adaptable to new treatment approaches and clinic initiatives
