Digital Commerce Retail Media Manager

Mondelez International

Lead retail media, paid search, and analytics for Mondelēz International in a full-time hybrid Digital Commerce Manager position. Drive shopper conversion across retailer platforms.

This manager leads digital commerce growth across Omni and Pure Play retailer platforms. The role sits within Marketing and oversees full-funnel media planning, digital shelf optimization, and brand store optimization. You will develop strategies, analyze performance, and shape execution roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage retail media and paid search budgets for ROI
Lead search and DSP strategies across retailer platforms
Coordinate media plans with promotional calendars
Optimize campaigns with agencies and platform partners
Develop performance reporting and strategic recommendations

Requirements:

Minimum four years in eCommerce, Digital Commerce, Media, or Brand
Knowledge of Amazon DSP, Advertising Console, and Marketing Cloud
Understanding of retail media, content, assortment, pricing, and promotions
Analytical, communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or related field
