- Oversee daily accounting functions and ensure accuracy
- Lead financial reporting and compliance initiatives
- Support budgeting and forecasting efforts with analysis
- Train and develop junior accounting staff members
- Monitor performance metrics to drive improvements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or similar field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in management
- Flexible availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts
- Strong English skills for workplace effectiveness
- Willingness to commit to 32 to 44 weekly hours
