Lead instrumentation and control engineering activities across assigned projectsDeliver technical solutions that meet project, client, regulatory, and quality requirementsCoordinate I&C activities with multidisciplinary engineering teamsReview and approve engineering deliverables for accuracy, quality, and complianceSupport procurement, construction, commissioning, turnaround, and operational activitiesParticipate in project planning, progress tracking, and change management processesIdentify and resolve technical risks, issues, and design discrepanciesMentor engineers and designers while providing technical leadership on complex scopesRequirements
Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related disciplineMaintain current Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) registration with APEGDemonstrate progressive experience in instrumentation and control engineering on industrial projectsDevelop and review I&C deliverables including P&IDs, loop drawings, specifications, and control narrativesApply expertise in instrumentation selection for flow, pressure, temperature, and level measurement systemsParticipate in HAZOP and LOPA reviews and integrate outcomes into engineering designsUtilize engineering systems, workflows, and project execution processes effectivelyCommunicate effectively while providing technical guidance and mentorship to project teams
