about this team

The Financial Reporting Team works cross-functionally with many other teams in the business as well as our auditors to meet our public financial reporting obligations. It also prepares internal reports providing our leaders with the information they need to understand our business and make key decisions.

core responsibilities

• Supports the preparation of quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements and earnings releases filed with the SEC
• Assists in the month-end close process including booking monthly journal entries, updating schedules, ad hoc analysis, and more
• Supports with the accounting for stock-based compensation
• Maintains the multi-currency foreign exchange rates file and updates the rates in the financial system
• Provides ad hoc financial reporting and other financial and non-financial duties as requested by the Manager, Financial Reporting

qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional work experience, preferably related to financial reporting
• holds or is working towards a CPA designation, or equivalent
• Strong Excel skills
• Excellent written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Experience with Workiva, Spreadsheet Server, Hyperion/ EPM, Oracle EBS, and/or Morgan Stanley at Work is an asset

compensation and benefits package

lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from  $ 71,400 - 93,800 annually ; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
