Ai/Ml Delivery Manager Toronto

Lead AI/ML project delivery with Sobeys Advanced Analytics in downtown Toronto. Coordinate complex programs across data science, engineering, marketing, and business teams.This seven-month contract covers parental leave beginning November 30. You will manage advanced analytics initiatives from requirements through deployment and sustainment, including personalization, Agentic AI, and Retail Media Measurement. The role connects technical teams, business units, Enterprise Data & Technology, external partners, and senior stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:
Lead requirements, planning, execution, delivery, and sustainmentCoordinate data scientists, engineers, analysts, partners, and business teamsManage Agile ceremonies, governance forums, timelines, and dependenciesPrepare executive-ready updates, presentations, risks, and mitigation plansResolve data availability and model deployment roadblocksRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, STEM, or related fieldTwo or more years leading technology or analytics projectsKnowledge of Agile methodologies and project management practicesProficiency with JIRA, Azure DevOps, Planview, or similarFamiliarity with AI, machine learning, marketing, and analytics conceptsBring AI/ML delivery leadership, stakeholder communication, and Agile coordination to Sobeys’ Advanced Analytics team in Toronto.
