Under guidance of the Service Manager, the Service Coordinator will be the lead technician for the location, ensuring the safe & efficient operation of shop facilities and work being conducted by the Service Team. This position will safely and efficiently perform repairs & maintenance to agricultural machinery that meets or exceeds customer and CLAAS standards. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, equipment failure diagnostics of engines, electrical systems, hydraulics, transmissions, power train, brakes, steering, electronics, computer applications, HVAC and removal/repair/replacement of failed components. Under guidance of the Service Manager, the Shop Foreman will be the lead technician for the location, ensuring the safe & efficient operation of shop facilities and work being conducted by the Service Team. REQUIREMENTSJourneyman Diploma
5+ years industry experience, preferred
Valid drivers license required with verifiable safe driving history
Working knowledge of agricultural equipment, required
Prior experience in troubleshooting methods
