Vice President, Global Consumer Data & Insights

Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:

As the Vice President, Global Consumer Data & Insights, you are a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the Brand Leadership team and to the Enterprise organization, shaping the future of the Arc’teryx brand through deep consumer understanding and insight-led strategy. You will define and lead the company’s Consumer Insights vision, ensuring the voice of the consumer is embedded at the core of brand and business strategy, decision making and long-term growth. In this role you influence critical business and brand decisions through compelling storytelling and foresight, translating complex data into clear direction for senior leaders.

Acting as a catalyst for a consumer-first culture, you lead the growth of the company’s insights capabilities, operating models, and tools while building a high-performing global team. You also champion innovation in how the organization anticipates and responds to shifting consumer behaviors, ensuring the brand remains culturally relevant and positioned for sustained growth.

Ideally this role is based out of our North Vancouver office.

The Brand team is the direct connection between the guest and the core intention of the Arc’teryx brand. Leveraging an increasingly robust set of consumer insights, we specialize in storytelling and creating incredible experiences that connect people to the transformative power of the mountains. Our functions include enterprise strategy, brand marketing and creative, athletes/ambassador's programs, community, experiences, operations, communications, regional teams, and agency partners. This team is comprised of global HQ and regional offices who aim to become the voice of the consumer within the organization. You will work in close partnership with functional leaders across channels and regions to bring added value to the business during this high growth era.

You and your team will also support wider executive leadership, aggregating data from commercial, product and business partners to derive insights that inform the enterprise growth strategy.
