Senior Cash Reconciliation Analyst Hybrid Position

Join Fiera Capital as a Senior Cash Reconciliation Analyst, where you will manage cash administration and reconciliation tasks in a hybrid model. Under the guidance of the Manager of Portfolio Administration, you will leverage your background in portfolio operations for effective cash management. Your role includes daily cash calculations, transaction reconciliations, and maintaining the integrity of financial data. Building strong relationships with stakeholders will be crucial in this dynamic position. Key Responsibilities:

• Calculate and communicate cash balances available for investment
• Daily reconciliation of transactions with custodians
• Collaborate to identify and resolve discrepancies
• Input transactions accurately into the portfolio accounting system
• Deliver timely reconciliation and reporting tasks

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years in a relevant role related to portfolios
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar
• In-depth knowledge of financial instruments and markets
• Proven analytical and communication capabilities
• Bilingual (English and French) is beneficial
