A leading financial services firm in Toronto is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support strategic HR initiatives and manage employee relations. This role requires 3-5 years of HR experience and the ability to navigate a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will connect HR practices to business goals and foster an inclusive culture.
