This leader oversees safety, quality, productivity, cost management, equipment performance, and scheduling. Oversee production workflow, equipment performance, and schedulingLead, coach, train, and develop employees and supervisorsEnsure products meet customer specifications and quality standardsMaintain procedures and identify efficiency improvements reducing wasteManage budgets, costs, performance indicators, and forecastingRequirements:
At least five years’ progressive manufacturing, production, or operations leadershipManufacturing team leadership experienceUnderstanding of production workflows, equipment, and quality standardsExperience with employee development, procedures, and continuous improvementMicrosoft Office proficiency and ability to learn new systemsLead Formations’ manufacturing operations through practical improvement, accountable teams, quality performance, and disciplined cost management.
