Tâches

Administrer les procédures liées à la consultation du personnel et au règlement de griefs
Examiner les projets de ressources humaines pour s'assurer de leur conformité avec les lois et les règlements
Renseigner les cadres et les employés sur l'interprétation des politiques relatives aux ressources humaines, des régimes d'avantages sociaux et des conventions collectives
Établir et mettre en oeuvre des politiques et des procédures
Planifier, élaborer et mettre en oeuvre des stratégies de recrutement
Administrer les régimes d'avantages sociaux, les programmes d'équité en matière d'emploi, et autres programmes de ressources humaines
Surveiller l'analyse de données et de renseignements touchant les employés
Surveiller la préparation de rapports
Répondre aux questions des employés et résoudre les plaintes
Recruter et embaucher du personnel
Évaluer les environnements de travail, les programmes et les procédures afin de contrôler, d'éliminer et de prévenir les maladies et les blessures
