MORNING SHIFT

Position details:

The Powder Coater prepares, masks, and cleans metal and other surfaces, applies powder coating using electrostatic spray equipment, and cures finishes in ovens to achieve durable, high-quality coatings. The role requires routine operation of power and hand tools, inspection of finished parts to company standards, adherence to safety protocols, and collaboration with production team members to meet output targets.

Must have skills and experience:

• Proven experience applying powder coatings or industrial finishes in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of surface preparation techniques including cleaning, sanding, and masking
• Experience operating electrostatic spray equipment and curing ovens safely and effectively
• Ability to use power and hand tools and perform basic measurements and mixing ratios
• High attention to detail with a focus on consistent finish quality and defect identification
• Effective communication and teamwork skills; reliable attendance and ability to follow work instructions
