Technology Architect Performance Testing Calgary

The SAP Test Architect will lead the testing strategy for our SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration program. The ideal candidate will bring robust hands‑on expertise in defining test architecture, managing test sprints, and establishing entry and exit criteria across all testing phases. This role requires deep knowledge of SAP ECC and S/4HANA landscapes, along with the ability to drive quality assurance initiatives end‑to‑end. Responsibilities

Lead test strategy for SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration program. Collaborate with stakeholders and functional teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage across all phases (SIT, UAT, Regression, etc.). Manage test sprints, ensuring timely execution and delivery for all test phases. Identify risks, dependencies, and gaps in testing and provide mitigation plans. Mentor and guide test leads and QA teams on tools, frameworks, and methodologies. Define entry and exit criteria and quality gates for testing. Oversee integration, functional, and end‑to‑end testing across SAP modules and external systems. Required Knowledge & Experience

Robust hands‑on expertise in defining test architecture and planning. Deep knowledge of SAP ECC and S/4HANA landscapes. Solid knowledge of integration testing and multi‑system landscapes using tools and frameworks such as SAP Solution Manager, Tricentis, JIRA, etc. Experience with interface and data migration testing and automation testing frameworks in SAP environments. Proficiency in agile methodologies and test lifecycle management, including sprint planning. Ability to clearly articulate testing strategies, issues, and risks.
