Rail Expansion Program Director

TransLink is seeking a Principal, Rail Expansion Program to lead the Rail Expansion Program Office in the Greater Vancouver region. You will provide strategic direction, leadership, and guidance to ensure modernization and expansion projects for Expo and Millennium Lines meet budget, schedule, safety, and reliability targets.This role requires senior-level program management experience in planning or transportation, with strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional leadership capabilities.
