Senior Project Director for Environmental Assessments

Take charge of environmental projects as a Senior Project Director at GHD, combining flexible work with leadership in compliance and governance. Drive success across complex undertakings. In this pivotal role within our Environmental Assessment and Remediation Group, you'll lead the delivery of multiple environmental projects. You will utilize your extensive experience to develop execution plans, ensure regulatory compliance, and oversee documentation processes. Focus on continuous improvement and quality throughout each project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities:

• Approve project plans ensuring alignment with compliance
• Supervise health checks for project status and risks
• Maintain thorough documentation and audit trails
• Define and track reporting obligations efficiently
• Manage relationships with vendors and subcontractors

Requirements:

• 10+ years in environmental consulting and project management
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Expertise in project governance and management tools
• OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER certification is advantageous
• Ability to travel as needed for client engagements
