We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, support team development, and ensure all company standards and operational goals are met.

Post-secondary education in hospitality, business, or a related field is considered an asset

3–5 years of experience in a quick-service restaurant environment
Previous experience in a management or supervisory role is required

Responsibilities

Operations Management

Plan, organize, direct, and control daily restaurant operations to ensure speed of service delivery in accordance with
Establish and implement operational procedures in accordance with head office standards and audit requirements
Monitor service quality, food preparation standards, and overall customer experience
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and food handling regulations
Staff Management & Leadership

Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and manage restaurants and staff
Conduct onboarding and continuous training for new and existing employees
Provide ongoing performance feedback and conduct formal performance reviews
Motivate and lead team members to achieve service, sales, and operational targets
Identify high-potential employees and support their development and career progression
Manage staff scheduling to ensure adequate coverage across all shifts including managing SPLH
Financial & Sales Responsibilities

Monitor daily sales performance and support achievement of sales targets
Assist in budgeting, cost control, and operational expense management
Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy of daily financial reporting
Identify opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency
Inventory & Supply Management

Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely ordering of food, beverages, and supplies
Control waste and variances, and ensure proper storage and usage of products
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain consistent supply chain operations
Customer Service & Problem Resolution

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality through positive google reviews
Handle and resolve customer complaints and operational issues professionally including online platforms
Maintain a positive dining experience for all guests
Compliance & Safety

Enforce workplace safety policies and security procedures to protect employees and guests
Ensure compliance with Tim Hortons corporate policies and franchise and brand standards
Assist in reducing theft, loss prevention, and maintaining secure operations

16 to 20 staff members

Credentials

Food Service Manager Certification (required)
