Customer-Centric Member Experience Specialist

A background in pension benefit administration or client service of 2+ years is essential for this role. Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for member inquiries
  • Use OMERS systems for transaction processing
  • Process follow-ups for inquiries and issues
  • Identify and streamline service processes
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years in relevant client service roles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service focus with a positive attitude
  • Ability to remain composed under pressure
  • Accreditation in post-secondary education is preferred
