Our restaurants, industry leaders in team development, are seeking a Senior Sous Chef to join our Leadership Team. You will have the opportunity to work with globally inspired flavors and fresh, high-quality ingredients, all while gaining valuable leadership skills and experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce all menu items efficiently and consistently
- Lead shifts and support senior leadership team members
- Contribute to positive team morale and support team members
- Ensure the use of fresh, top-quality ingredients while balancing costs
Key Requirements
- Previous culinary experience in a full-service restaurant
- Desire to develop and motivate others
- Committed to continuous improvement
- Energetic and positive attitude
- Previous culinary leadership experience is a plus
